The owner's love of beer started in downtown Rolla, Missouri, where they found that their favorite conversations surrounded great beer with great people and great places. They researched well-crafted beer at their own cozy brewpub. Soon they started brewing in their garage, creating their own home brew craft beer. This passion grew to making professional grade beer with technically flawless interpretations. In 2014 the owners finally collaborated with St. James Winery to create a place where guests could taste the best in both wine and beer. They also crafted food pairings to complete their guest's experience in flavor.
Today guests can order appetizers such as Deviled Egg Glight, Gnocchi, Bavarian Pretzels, Fried Cheese Curds, Chicken Rinds, Trout Fritters, Flatbread Dipping Duo, and their signature Home fries.
